High risk head and neck cutaneous SCC trial - MDT feasibility survey

Dr Agata Rembielak on behalf of the SCC-AFTER Trial Working Group

We are a group of UK clinicians working with the UK Dermatology Clinical Trials Network and NCRI Skin Cancer CSG. We would like to conduct a randomised controlled trial (RCT) investigating the role of radiotherapy in the management of high risk primary cutaneous SCC in the head and neck region AFTER surgery (SCC-AFTER). As part of the feasibility work and to gain national consensus on how best to deliver this RCT, we have created a short survey.

We would be very grateful if this survey could be completed by the Head and Neck Specialist Multidisciplinary Team (H&N SMDT) lead  on behalf of all members. To H&N SMDT leads, we apologise for any duplication of this request.

It should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.

The survey will close at midnight on 19th January 2019.

The survey can be accessed here:

To understand whether there is a psychosocial/psychosexual impact to the patient and their partner or future partners.

The participant information sheet may be accessed here.

I would be so grateful if you could take 5-10 minutes of your time to complete the questionnaire attached via the link provided below.
