3RD INTERNATIONAL MULTIDISCIPLINARY THYROID AND PARATHYROID SYMPOSIUM

Welcome to this novel and ambitious symposium held in collaboration with the Indian Association of Thyroid Surgeons. It will be part satellite linked to a thyroid surgery camp in central India. The symposium has an eclectic mixture of lectures, interactive case discussions and live operating. It incorporates evidence-based topics at the forefront of present thyroid and parathyroid surgical practice and is designed for consultants and trainees wishing to pursue a career in endocrine-neck surgery.

AIMS
To provide up-to-date knowledge at the forefront of surgical diagnosis, management and treatment of thyroid and parathyroid pathology.

OBJECTIVES
To facilitate collaboration and an alliance between British and Indian surgeons having an interest in thyroid and parathyroid surgery. The symposium will provide an educational platform to learn from surgeons practicing in very different surgical environments, yet delivering surgery of excellence at the point of patient care.
