Download Event to Calendar

The forum is bringing together dentists and doctors from many backgrounds, public health practitioners, NGO’s, charities, data scientists, survivors and patients to establish new frontiers in the against oral cancer.

The new theme for GOCF2020 is “reducing risk, prevention, early diagnosis and innovative treatments.” We will highlight risk reduction across the entire oral cancer continuum from prevention to initial diagnosis and treatment. International speakers, expert panellists and delegates selected from various world regions will convene to share the issues they face in the fight against oral cancer. The World Café session on day 1 will bring together delegates with contributors from around the world in a broadcast session to develop actionable outputs to reduce the incidence of new cases of oral cancer and improve survival in line with WHO objectives of reducing non-communicable disease burden by one-third by 2030.

In GOCF2020 we hope to inspire the millennial generation to take part with us in the fight against oral cancer. The session on big data and data science we hope will generate novel approaches and solutions and we are seeking the broadest possible participation.
