This course aims to build on the successes of the last eleven years and will explore the treatment options available for recurrent cancer in the head and neck setting. The day will consist of evidence-based lectures that will focus on salvage neck dissection, re-irradiation, palliative surgery and the complication of operating on irradiated tissues. Case-based discussion will be incorporated throughout the day.
This virtual event assembles some of the country’s leading experts to critically discuss the evidence base for a wide range of pertinent topics.
The event will be of particular interest to maxillofacial, ENT or plastic surgeons with an interest in head and neck oncology, as well as clinical/medical oncologists, radiologists and pathologists.
